Doing a little art therapy after that week I'd rather not repeat!
The Squirrely Challenge for last week is Cascading Images. Had alot of fun playing with this one and playing with my new Distress Markers. I'm just not a marker person, but I LOVE these. The fact that you can blend with them and use a water brush and it's got that yummy picket fence one is all just what I like.
The first 2 samples are cards I did with Recollections winged clock stamps and matted on some K&Company paper.
This one, I mounted on a piece of waste paper from misting stencils. Just liked all the pretty colors. The sentiment is from Club Scrap's Dashing collection.
Haven't put a sentiment on this one. Will save that for when I send it.
The last one I decided to turn into a bookmark. This is a Club Scrap stamp from their Artifacts kit mounted on K&Company paper.
This was a really fun challenge and I will definitely be using this technique again.
Very lovely images, Rachelle. So glad you are playing along. Excellent choice of stamps. And beautiful cards.
ReplyDeletegreat cards, I like how you've left one blank to use for whatever occasion crops up. The clock images are really great - I haven't seen those before. thanks for playing!
